As part of the MAKE A CHANGE series of debates & discussions in Kashmir, the Indian Army organized first of its kind DEBATE ON DEMOCRACY for the National Integration camp of three states (Punjab, Haryana & Jammu & Kashmir) of Bharat Scouts & Guides held at Sentinel Environment Park, Badamibagh Cantonment on 06 Jun 2022.
Young, impressionable minds from all schools spoke out about democracy, fundamental process, role of media, majority rule and legal equality. They also discussed challenges and the way forward during the debate.
Approx. 100 students including Bharat Scouts & Guides and Army Public School, Srinagar participated in the historical debate held in Srinagar.
